- Check and update the daily reservation book.

- Receive table reservations from guests with full information such as: guest name, phone number, number of people, seating requirements, other special requests.

- Arrange tables appropriately, place nameplates according to the positions of tables booked by guests.

- Have a good understanding of the menu, information from the kitchen department about daily specials.

- Always answer the phone politely with a friendly and informative tone.

- Comply with appearance requirements when working.

- Communicate and answer customer questions.

- Perform basic cleaning work when necessary or under the direction of the supervisor.

- Other tasks under the arrangement of supervisor and restaurant manager.

Requirements

- High school Diploma or higher.

- Fluent in Vietnamese, English and knowing Japanese is an advantage.

- Have at least 1 year of experience in the same position in luxurious restaurants, hotels.

- Agile, enthusiastic, honest, careful and responsible; sociable, friendly and pressure-resistant.
