- Interact with guests, take orders for drinks.
- Plan and present bar menu
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with F&B standard drink recipes.
- Following strictly shifts opening and closing procedures.
- Following the correct bar operating procedures with regar to stock rotation (FIFO) and maintaining par stocks.
- Ability to Sell or influence others for up selling an suggestive selling.
- Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at a times.
- Maintain liquor inventory and consumption.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the restaurant management.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or higher.
- Fluent in Vietnamese, English and knowing Japanese is an advantage.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the same position in luxurious restaurants, hotels.
- Agile, enthusiastic, honest, careful and responsible; sociable, friendly and pressure-resistant.
