Champion financial reporting for Hospitality & BIM  Finance requirement i.e. weekly revenue report, month end consolidation report, forecast accuracy, Cashflow report, quarterly bond investment report, etc.

Review monthly performance, analyzing P&L, Balance Sheet performance and Cash flow Forecast, make recommendations and ensure implementation of set recommendations. 

Liaise with pre-opening properties to support with the creation of budgets (includes expenses, manning, ceremony costs), review spends, supports obtaining necessary licenses and insurance, and ensure closure of the pre-opening books.

Perform theme based audits at BIM Group’s hotels, restaurants, and waterparks according to approved itinerary to indentify potential financial risks and propose solutions respectively. 

Work with Director of Revenue to champion communication with each hotel asset with regards to annual budget presentation

Ensure approved and acceptable accounting practices are in place and followed. Ensure banking procedures are established and operated correctly. Liaise closely with Branch Accounting team.

Coordinate with the BIM's Finance team to ensure proper application of VAS and compliance to local regulations requirements at property level.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA preferred

2. Experience: 4-8 year experience in hotel accounting at Management level, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

3. Professional skill: Financial Analysis, Internal Control, Bargaining, Operational Efficiency, Sun System, Opera System
