Mô tả công việc
- Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
- Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads or on the handheld Point of Sales (POS) system.
- Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Filling in for absent staff as needed.
- Co - ordinate with the kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
- Server food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
- Following all the policies and procedures of the Restaurant to ensure operations standards are consistent.
- Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or higher.
- Fluent in Vietnamese, English and knowing Japanese is an advantage.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the same position in luxurious restaurants, hotels.
- Agile, enthusiastic, honest, careful and responsible; sociable, friendly and pressure-resistant.
